You're right. And yes I have taken college level statistics. You are living proof that you can twist statistics to fit your argument. I didn't have to twist anything. Numbers and percentages speak for themselves. :smoke

Let me make a nice example of how to influence people's opinion with a "statistic."

George Washington was General of the Continental Army that helped win the United States its independence.

Statistic: George Washington retreated in 75-80% of the battles he was faced.

Analysis: On the surface this would give the impression that General Washington was not a capable commander. That is until you evaluate the circumstances and other things surrounding that statistic.

Key factors that are not shown from the statistic are:

Lack of supplies forcing a tactical retreat to resupply and feed the troops.

Lack of professional training forced many retreats early as the men were not prepared for combat.

    Bad ground.

    Being out-manned.

    Being out-gunned.

    Weather.

Retreats were at night and some were used to reposition to better ground and surprise the opponent for an attack.

Etc etc..... But if you would just look at the statistic, you'd think "Wow, Washington sure ran away a lot. He must have not been a good general."

Was I the only one who saw the countless left hands Paulie landed?

Nope. If Paulie had the power of my grandmother, Hatton would've been in trouble. Hatton simply was able to walk to Paulie and beat him up cause Paulie has no power.

Caneman failed at the beginning. The title of the thread is performances, but then changes it to losses in the thread.

Sergio puts both of them to shame. Hes an ol dog beating fighters in their prime, yet you keep hearing the excuse of how many legends floyd and manny beat. So what? Kirkland Lang beat an unmotivated Duran so Lang is as good as pacman and floyd. Both are coming up with excuses left and right not fighting the real threats that are bradley, khan, williams, berto, and their worst nightmare La Maravilla. Thats what really counts.
