If Pac fought PW at 147, would you call that a catchweight?

it wouldn't be a catchweight and people will not be yapping about it..

now if it's 148-153, then that would be a catchweight fight. people will start making threads like 'f*ck pac - catchweight king!'

Nobody really can say ODLH fought Pac at a CW. Unless there is proof it was contracted below 147. But, how he weighed less than Pac, on fight night, is still a mystery to me. He just was not competitive at that weight, in the least, after almost a decade of fighting at 154. He was weight drained against Pac. It was a good win against a non game opponent. Who knows if PW can make that weight, and be effective. But, if he's smart, he'll take a tune up at 147 beforehand. Otherwise, he's just trying to cash in, asap, not giving himself the best chance to win, IMO.
