If Pac gets KO'd by Margo how does that effect his ATG Ranking?

I don't think it'll affect it too much. His record at 140 and below is simply beautiful, and nothing that happens north of 150 will have much sway.

It won't mine...like someone already said here, he is pushing himself to limits that, even the thought of three years ago would have been laughed at. Pac fighting above 147 who is as dangerous as Margarito...c'mon now.

You know what they say about Duran, that his legacy was set with his lightweight reign and the win over Leonard, the rest was just gravy so his losses never effected his legacy? Same applies to Pac right now. Like the poster before me stated, Pac fighting at jr middle was unimaginable only a couple years ago. If he loses he would've ran into someone just too big.

fighting margo at a higher weight is a very disadvantage for pac so if he gets kayoed, i dont think pacs atg rankings will get affected. maybe if pac goes down to 140 again and dominate there, his ranking will soar back up.

A Pac win moves him up a loss Plateus him for now and kinda puts a sealing on him unless he were to win against say like a Martinez a Williams a Mayweather

Nope. this time it will be 1 cheater vs 1 clean one because you know margarito will have the whole stadium looking at his wrappings.

So if the cheater get's KO'd by the clean fighter, I'd say that would drop him subsantially.

I mean, getting Ko'd by a dehydrated clean fighter while taking roids is sad.

The Floyd fans will have a field day, a lot will be down on Manny for a while, but in 5-10 years time when its all said and done, I dont think it will have much bearing. Look at Duran, the guy would lose to Robbie Sims years before his epic win over Barkley, would get ktfo in 2 by Hearns, aswell as losing the likes of Laing years before and even SRL & Benitez too. Hasnt affected his ATG status too much, heck Ring rates him 5th greatest ever.

That said most fans think Pac's ATG ranking drops massively should he lose to Floyd...IMO that's not much different to Duran losing to SRL. Their losing to great fighters, it happens. Can you imagine what this forum would be like if Pac were to lose to contenders in todays era on the caliber of Laing and Sims?

Your boy cheated for all his 40 fights, without them drugs he would have 40 losses. Whats your point?

Im confident Pac will win, but I can picture another scenario.

Margo IMO imposes his size better than anyone Pac faced so far. Oscar boxed, Hatton didnt have the chin and physically I dont think he as much stronger if at all, Cotto couldnt take the power and Clottey was too defensive.

Margo set the record for most punches thrown, and watching the Mosley fight, I saw Mosley land shots probably just as powerful as the one Pac KO Hatton with on Margo, all night, and Margo just smiled at them before eventually giving out.

So this other scenario is simply Margo walking through manny's shots, cutting the ring off as he always do and it will be easier to do with his reach and height, using that extra 10+lbs on Pac, going to the body and not be afraid to take a shot to land one there and just overpowering Pac.

Thats possible, I hope not but I wouldnt rule that out in the slightest.

affects it hugely. he is a massive favourite, and to lose in his prime at this point would be bad for him. especially if it was brutal and he didnt avenge it.

not that this will happe. he will **** margo

No, it shouldn't. If you have Pac @ 26, isn't that based on who be beat? He should only lose spots if someone gains major wins and moves pass him.
