There is drug testing in boxing. Floyd for this fight against Manny, wants more than just urine testing. Adding more to the rule, not changing it.

Just like Manny is adding more with his demands of a 10 million pound penalty. That rule has been in boxing but he's adding more to it.

If the sanctions set by the boxing commission are not good enough, you don't go up to 1 boxer and tell him you think he is a cheater and needs to go out of his way to please you. You petition the commission and get the rules changed, so it's fair for everyone. Not just ease your fears.
