If pac is clean?

I believe Pac is clean. I'm confused on his demands on drug testing.
1-Recently, it has been proving a 14 day cut off could allow a fighter to use PED's.
2-It has been proven drawing blood does not weaken the ability to train.
3-I realize he is defensive, however I common sense to want to make sure your challenger is clean.

The testing favors all clean fighters. The testing system would insure that "clean pacman" is only fighting "clean" opponets. I realize he mentioned his fear of needles, however the fear to get in the ring w/ a juiced up fighter seems like a more legit concern. I think Pac is a great champion and he should insure nobody cheats him outta his belt. It's a shame a hated boxer like pbf came up w/ the idea of olympic testing, but I think it's bigger than this fight alone. I think all fights should be tested in this manner.

FYI: SSM passed his "conventional" tests before facing DHL. Later he admitted to using roids and EPO to prepare for this fight., proving the system needs to be improved.
