If the 2lbs makes no difference it will be the same.

So why must the fight be at 145 if Pac is not gaining at advantage by making Cotto cut extra weight?

    :patsch

If Floyd Maywear Jr is a great fighter, why he is always running..why he can't fight toe to toe...and why he is challenging the lightweight champ & not a welterweight champ:|:|

he is not that great like what you said that's why he demands every possible advantage in order to win a fight..

    do you feel relieved now?.

don't worry, he's not that great OK now stop this bull****..

Because thats his style to counter and move backwards.

He's fighting JMM as a warm up. Who is almost equal to the size Pac is.

Probably for the same reason Mayweather is making Marquez fight as close to 147 as he can. If you can answer that queston...then you should have the brains to answer your original question.

Here's what idiots don't get. Pacquiao fought DLH at 147 because the opportunity was too good (check Floyd) and Oscar couldn't move down more than 147 period so Pac took it. I know Floyd moved up, but he had been at 147 for some time and he's a bigger guy than Pac, I know guys like Eze will say "slightly" bigger which is bull****. It's not a huge difference either but "slightly"? wow, ok.

Pacquiao moving up to 154 would have been way too much. Period.

Another point, Pac haters, you love saying DLH was a corpse, but then you turn around and say Pac looked good there and he can make 147 and fight well. Well he fought a corpse didn't he? So he didn't need to do much? Pick one side and stick to that.

Pac is now the "man", like Floyd, why the hell should he give in and fight at 147? Only cause you really want to see him lose. Great, I get it.

Cotto weighed in at 146 for Clottey. Pacquiao has to add at lot of muscle. Pac's chest vs DLH, it looks like he put on a lot of muscles. He's putting himself at a disadvantage too, not just Cotto. Why do fools ignore that? Don't tell me some other "atg warriors" did it before, I don't care, if they were the "man" at the time and chose to fight at a disadvantge they are dumb not "warriors".

Why the **** does Eze cry so much when Floyd is doing the same thing with JMM? JMM has ONLY 2 fights at 135 and is now moving up again to face Floyd. **** Eze, aren't Floyd and Pac the same size according to you? Why doesn't Floyd move to 140 and fight JMM there? Why should he?

It seems that more Floydettes than Cotto fans are objecting for this fight happening at 145... yet a Floydette point out that Void wanted Cotto at 140 when he already was having a hard time making that weight.

Pac didn't fight JMM when EM and Barrera were at their peak.

Why must we compare careers everytime. This is about Pac and Cotto and the weight.

Cotto on fight night is 156-158.

Please tell me, whats the difference between 145 and 147? If both Pac and Cotto will weigh the exact same thing?

(Heres a hint, to drain Cotto)

7lbs doesn't make a difference when Pacquaio wont gain any ****ing weight. You have no clue what you are talking about on the subject.

When Pac went to 147 to fight DLH. He weighed the same when he fought Hatton.

I never once said Pac and Floyd are the same size. Dumb ****.

Moving up is easier on the body than moving down when you are cutting 12+lbs. Clearly you somehow cannot grasp this.

:lol: Legacy they are not even close.

Floyd 5 division champion. 3 Lineal.

Calzaghe stayed in one division and defended against less than stellar opposition.
