If Pac KOs Clottey, where do you rank it as one of his best wins?

Around the same as Cotto behind the first Barrera fight.

 

I think the manner of victory will be better if that makes sense. Clottey has a very good chin so if Pac managed to stop him then it would be a very good win. Cotto, Hatton and Barerra would still rank higher as I do not rank Clottey as highly as some others on this forum.

 

If he got tested for roids it would make it a whole lot more higher.

Behind the Barrera, Cotto, and possibly the Hatton fight or just about even. Hatton for his lack of defense was the top 140lber in the world at the time and what Pac did was pretty out of this world. Regardless, if Pac ko's Clottey, a hungry, strong, skillful WW, it will be a great accomplishment.

 

Above Hatton and DLH imo. Possibly ahead of the Cotto win if he actually manages to KO Clottey and performs real impressive leading up to it. Above Sasakul, Ledwaba, Barrera 2, Morales 3, Larios, etc...

I'm wondering though if I'd rate it above JMM 2. Marquez at super feather is a much better fighter than Clottey and although it was a fight a lot thought Pac lost, it's no stretch to say he barely managed the win on points.

...KO over Clottey = definite top 5 win, probably top 3. But still below the first Barrera domination.

 

KOing Clottey is not as much of an accomplishment as beating Cotto?!?!?!

probably only the barrera win ahead of it and that is because it was the fight that brought him into the limelight and a complete domination of a legend.

Stopping clottey will be a much more impressive feat than stopping hatton or cotto. I dont see how anyone could say the cotto win would be better other than it is a more marketable win but being that Clottey is a far harder guy to stop then this would be more impressive in my opinion.

 

I still dont get this. Clottey ****ing outlanded Cotto in total punches that night. I thought he won, many others did too. But all these people consider Cotto to be such a better fighter than Clottey right now! It defies logic.

 

If Pacquiao knocks out Clottey, then just imagine the steroid accusations that will fly!

Lol! You said it! Imagine wow, to KO Mosley...honestly, if Pac were to KO Clottey, and then KO the winner of Mayweather - Mosley, I can honestly say that he would deserve to be in everyone's top 10 ATG list...maybe even top 5!
