If Pac/Marquez 2 was a 15 round fight...

I scored this fight for Marquez by a few. If Pacquiao's stamina and speed didn't pull out in the end to win him the fight on cleaner punches, Pacquiao might have quit. Roach admitted he thought he might quit on him because of the punishment he was taking.

Only person you can be mad at is pac himself for not being able to decisively beat a man he knockdowned three times.

 

Not sure but the tide was in favor of Manny....so I'd guess Manny would have won regardless.

Overlooked in the fight was how well both fighters had their cuts treated (Pac's bad cut in the 8th and JMM's bad cut in the 9th). I think the second fight could have gone 15 without getting stopped due to cuts.

 

Marquez' cut was pretty nasty. They put some kind of string in there and put the vaseline on top of it. First and only time I've ever seen that.

 

Robney's right. The entire causality of the fight would have been different had they both known it could go 15 from the start.
