same question applies. the purpose of catch-weight is to meet somewhere and make the difference in weight as less as possible both at weigh-in and at fight night.

Okay, Im sorry but if Mosley weighs in anything less than Pac on fight night that will be very bad considering Pacs highest weight ever is 149. Mosley should not come in anything lower than that. He weighed 160 against Margo.

pac would be getting maximum credit if the fight is at 147. for mosley, if he beats pac the more closer to 140, he gets the maximum credit, imo.

Anywhere between 141/147 so the Welterweight title is on the line.

If they're fighting at welter than the fight should be anywhere from 141-147. Let's stop this catchweight crap.

Having said that, Pac gets credit for taking on Mosley regardless of the weight. By taking this fight he would be outdoing PBF once again.

I'm definitely giving him some credit if he steps in and dominates the reigning P4P numero uno after making a weight he hasn't seen in almost a decade.

Yes pac would get max credit for beating shane at 147. But i also think Pac shouldnt fight shane at 147, to much of an advantage for shane. Shane wouldnt get credit for beating Pac at 147 though, nor would Pac get credit for beating a weight drained Mosely at 144. Lose-Lose the fight is ****ed imo.

I don't think Mosley would be drained at 144, he is not Williams or Margarito, who are really too big for the division. Anything lower than 144 will be a problem though.

I think at 144 he would be drained, Mosley is pretty big at 147. I dont think he is making 147 easily these days at his age.

142 or so. Pac is a much smaller person than Mosely.

some people might not be understanding the question right. at what weight would both receive credit if either of them wins? not pac only or not shane only.

You are not understanding the answer's there is no perfect weight they both get credit for - 147 too much of a advantage for Mosley at 140 to much a advantage for Pacquaio. 143-144 is middle ground but Shane's 37 and may very well be weight drained and I don't mean my fighter lost he was weight drained time caught up with him whatever I mean looks like a skeleton can't fight up to his normal capacity. If however Mosley shows up at 143-144 and looks good and Pacquaio beats him Im not gonna say he'll get full credit because there's a excess of hate in the boxing world, I however would give him full credit. If Mosley shows at 143-144 and he wins he will get less credit for beating up a smaller guy plain and simple but it will still be a good win and payday. It will most likely happen at 143-144 if the fight even takes place.
