I hope he does that. Everyone talks about Floyd being a great counter puncher (which he obviously is) but not too many people give Pac credit for KOing Hatton in what looked like a counter punch and for knocking down Cotto in a similar fashion.

If Pacquiao starts fast look for Floyd to try and start imposing his size. Floyd being the taller and naturally bigger man. He'd probably try and sit in the pocket and discourage Manny from just walking through.

Sort of what Morales did in the first fight. I cannot see Pac winning this fight if Floyd can take Manny's power. If he can't hurt Floyd then Floyd will feel more at ease.

If Pacquiao starts fast, you can guarantee he gets KOed.

I think Pacquiao finds out early that his recent opponents did nothing for him, and he's in there with an entirely different animal. You guys are going to be shocked at how quickly Manny becomes gun shy.

WTF? Are you implying that Manny hasn't seen a fighter as good as a declined Mayweather.

Sorry bruh. Manny's been in the big leagues for a while now.

Yea, beating Chris Algieri is the epitome of being in the "big leagues."

Like I said: Manny's recent opponents did zero for him. Zero. Total cherry picks: 2 of the guys he fought couldn't crack an egg, and the other was a statue. Don't commit suicide May 2nd.

Yes, Manny is going to become gun shy, because if he doesn't, he will get caught and knocked out. Manny is going to eat a lot of check left hooks and straight right hands. Bank on it.

Floyd doesn't do desperate panic mode.

Say what you want about him as a person (he is a piece of ****) or him skewing the fight heavily in his favour (2 coaches known for PED distribution), making Maidana wear gloves he doesn't like etc, but he is a composed ring general that never loses his cool, even when he gets a low blow and his uncle gets thrown out of the ring.

Can someone explain why Manny would become gun shy if he knows that's exactly the way he'll lose? Even if he's eating right hands? If he refused to become gun shy with Marquez landing big shots, why would he become gun shy against an opponent who he knows determines his legacy? He's elite. He knows very well that he has to keep throwing punches, keep the activity up, stay strong, stay smart. He's not another average opponent who half way through the fight will just become so physical and emotionally demoralized that they'll give up and be happy with their pay-day. No. This is Manny Pacquiao. The same guy who beat Morales, ODLH, Cotto, Margarito, Marquez, Bradley, Barrera...

Just as Mayweather is a different beast, so is Pacquiao.

If many of Mayweather's past opponent's didn't go gun-shy, I'd like to know why the elite of them all, Pacquiao, would.

Morales was shot as ****, and that was a long time ago.
Barrera was a long time ago, and was also sparked by Junior Jones.
Marquez KTFO 6 at the age of 40.
Cotto was 6 years ago and Cotto fought a stupid fight.

    You were saying?

His most recent opponents: Rios (A blown up 135 pound statue), Bradley (can't crack an egg, fought a stupid fight, career 140 pound fighter), Algieri (Can't crack an egg, and a 140 pounder)

Like I said, don't commit suicide May 2nd.

Don't come for Manny's resume. It's the finest of the era. Literally no other boxer has a better resume than Pac this era. If you dump on Pac's resume then who's do you respect. Jesus.
