very true...however i dont think taking out a law suit was the way to go...becasue GBP can drag out the lawsuit and make it a very very long tedious process...im no lawyer but i do remember from a law subject i once took defamation cases are very hard to win especially when both parties are million dollar enterprises..

    hehehe.. i couldn't agree more.

besides 14 days before fight night manny was obligated to renew his nevada boxing licensed and all tests (including blood) resulted negative.

what he is eating/drinking now is no bearing simply to answer the question.

No, because he didn't test positive back then. He fought Cotto since then. Remember that? This is a very stupid question. Now go somewhere and slap yourself.

If I walked up to 20 guys that looked like child molesters, with you included as one of them, and I took your photos and posted them on childmolester.com, and one of them just so happened to actually be a child molester, would that make me in the right?

No it won't, he was clean in the tests after the fight and that's what counts. Mosley was caught also on performance enhancing drugs way after the rematch with DLH but the result remains the same. Correct me if I'm wrong but I think that the tests after the fight is what counts, any rumors or results coming way after changes nothing in previous results.
