If Manny Pacquiao was a heavyweight he'd be called "utter garbage" and a glass jaw. After all, he was KOed by Torrecampo and Singsurat. Also the deal with Erik Morales and Juan Manuel Marquez would be maximum drama. I'm not putting down Pacqiao, I'm just expressing my view of how the heavyweights are judged much differently than other weight classes.

he'd be called "utter garbage"? you can't be serious?

i don't see why you can't just shut the **** up and appreciate Pacquiao for who he is. no one in the hw division has a fraction of the talent that he has.

Have you ever seen a heavyweight bout that resembled Pac v. JMM in any way? When squinting really hard, maybe? In a dream you had? While high? On PCP?

If Pac was a heavyweight his head would actually be proportionate to his body.

The overweight division is just horrible now, there aren't enough people to carry it really that's why even the best over there gets bashed on because there is only ONE you can mention and when there is only one people tend to just judge the entire division based on that guy like he's all alone so he takes all the pressure.

With David Haye arriving it could be very interesting to see what the future holds, I can safely say that only him and Povetkin are capable of bringing some excitement, of course the two champions and Klitschko brothers are right there with them. Though Arreola and the rest available aren't worth following in my opinion, especially Arreola.

    I have and it's hilarious.

That said I think at this point Pac has bigger fish to fry.

    Manny Pacquaio vs Optimus Prime

Promoted by Don King of course

Pac will be a heavyweight soon enough... :D

If Pac were a heavyweight then he'd absolutely destroy most of the opposition there right now. At his current place he has several people to compete with.

Why do people keep bringing up those two losses that were early in pacs career!Even a blind man can see that pac has evolved 100times! And there is no shame in losing to morales. He was a great fighter! And pac is way better fighter now than he was then!

Easy guys, the OP wasn't knocking him, just putting forward that these things would be dogged on more if he were a HW. Not 100% sure I agree; any fighter that improves and moves on the way Pac has probably isn't ragged about it too, too much.

And fighters at any weight get chin BS around here.

Anyway, OP was just commenting on how HW's are critiqued, not on Pac. Man, people sure are prickly these days.
