Well if Floyd's ego doesn't blind him he would take the fight even if its 55-45 favor of Pac.

IF YOU GUYS AND FLOYD ARE SURE HE COULD BEAT PAC, THEN TAKE THE PURSE AND BEAT PAC. Pac will ask for a rematch and he could dictate the price for even 70-30 in favor for him.

Pac is the draw AS OF TODAY not last year not last 2 years BUT TODAY. Live with it or go crying.

You can't put all the blame on PBF it takes two to make a fight. But I'm sure if the fight doesn't get made PBF will take all the blame like he usually does.:-(

Floyd would never take 30% PERIOD. To think Manny would have the right to demand 70% is ridiculous.

For all the talking Floyd does about how great he is, he's surely stingy about showing it. When he dismanteled Corrales, I though, "wow, here we go". Beating guys like Castillio and (Jesus) Chavez is no small feat, but not quite enough to justify a shoo in for the title of best ever. Beating Baldomir wasn't all that, the guy had 11 previous losses, and only 12 kayoes in 50 something fights. And Carlos certainly has done nothing since. There were more chances to prove his greatness, certainly the best of all time could have steamrolled through Cotto, Mosley and Williams, but he chose smaller Hatton and the diminished DeLaHoya. Now just as snotty as ever, he comes back to take on a guy who is naturally two weight classes below him.
Pacman , on the other hand has quietly and modestly taken on all comers in several weight classes. He wouldn't hesitate to fight Mayweather, not for a second. Now we get to the original question. If they don't fight, it would probably be because of Mayweather, and yeah, he would and should be looked down on even more.

That's a huge part of Floyd's problem right now, there's a nasty dirty stigma following him around, so you'd think he'd do everything in his power to shake it? but he doesn't, he almost welcomes it and that's how it's going to stay until he goes something that excites people.
Just fight 1 guy, Cotto, Mosley, PWill and then Pac and his legacy has a blazing stamp that noone can deny.

Of course, he will. But, pac is small, so Mayweather doesn't have to fight him. Mayweather is better off fighting Mosley, Cotto, or Paul Williams.

If Mayweather didn't sign the contract everyone will call him ducking and he will never retain the title unless Pac retires.

Mayweather needs Pac, More than Pac needs Mayweather. SIMPLE CONCLUSION! Why are people being blind not to see the MOST SIMPLE idea?

If the fight won't go, I was reading some comments in youtube....

Everyone calls PBF as Proven Boring Fighter.

Floyd does not need Manny Pac....at all.

There is nobody that Manny Pac has fought that's on the level of Floyd Mayweather and there is nobody that Manny Pac has beaten that Floyd wouldn't be favored over he doesn't need Manny Pac...since he's come back people want it to just all of a sudden be like that.

Pac vs. DLH or Hatton didn't do more than Floyd vs DLH or Hatton so whose really the draw??

More importantly than that Floyd isn't even a champ but he's got the most valuable record in the business because he's undefeated which Manny Pac is not so you can say Manny Pac lost to lesser fighters than Hatton and Delahoya even though he beat them after Floyd already did...like i said he doesn't need Manny Pac.

In order for Manny Pac to be considered that truely great fighter that everyone wants to make him out to be he needs to beat a fighter like Floyd Mayweather cause after Floyd beats him they'll be excuses to why Manny lost.
