So why push blood drug testing method that has failed repeatedly when urine testing has proven to be just as effective? Why Floyd can't accept Pac's argeeing on a reasonable 7 day cutoff date, reasonable meaning if Pac juices, he'd just as likely be caught regardless of a cutof date or without.
