You do know that the same NSAC had Mosley testing clean in the DLH rematch.....since its been established Mosley was being helped by PED's......

Also note ******* that former NSAC medical examiner, Dr. Flip Homansky has numerous times said that any athlete could beat the PED tests that Nevada currently administers if they have the know how to do so.
Homansky has also gone on record as stating that there are numerous things the NSAC can do to improve their testing protocol.....

.....its been over 18 months since Homansky said this, and Nevada or any boxing commision have done jack **** about the situation.
