If Pacquiao agreed to have blood test after the fight, can it still detect steroids?

    It depends on the steroid, blood tests are far more effective. Urine tests also dont work for EPO & HGH.

    That 24 day window potentially allows all sorts of chemical cheating

    Urine tests are basically useless when testing for Steroids. There are so many Steroids which urine cannot detect, such as HGH, EPO, which you need Blood tests to detect.

    Agreeing to 24 days before a fight, is useless, that is not random testing, 24 days is more than enough time for you to take something and have out of your system before the test after the fight.
