If Pacquiao beats Hatton, he must fight Marquez in his very next fight, no?

...I think this is what we can ALL agree on, though, whatever we might thing of the p4p No.1 etc.. ;)

This, I think, should be our message, as fans.:good

(And if Hatton beats Pacquiao and wants to carry on fighting, he must give JMM a shot straight away too!):deal

7 division title awaits him in 147...career wise, it would be better to go for the 7th title

I think it's more likely that Pac - JMM III happens if Manny loses to Hatton, because if Pac wins there's a good chance that he lures Floyd out of retirement and leaves JMM in the dust.

Pac and JMM have unfinished business. They need a 3rd fight.

True. Good point. I wouldn't vociferate if he took on Mayweather instead of JMM, I have to admit...

But if Pacquiao lost to Hatton, JMM might decide to fight Hatton rather than Pacquiao, and that would be acceptable, I think.

if i am pac, i rather fight PBF that JMM...JMM must wait for his turn..that would be pac's last resort

But would he fight either of these two, when he could pick off the easiest titleholder at 147?

if pac losses to PBF or mosley, he can still have a big fight next year in JMM...

if he fights JMM this year and loss, he is done...unless there is a 4th fight

Allright, let me rephrase that......unless Pacquiao takes on either Mayweather, Cotto, Mosley or Williams at 147...he must take on JMM in his very next fight, if he beats Hatton...how about that?:p

im not ducking jmm its all historical. i know you jmm fans wants a closure to this as much as i do but he fought him twice already nothing is decisive what makes you think the third would be.

better put, he must fight JMM before he retires, no matter what is the outcome(win or lose) of his fight with either PBF, Mosley or Cotto..

he cannot retire without fighting JMM

It doesn't have to be decisive. That's not the point. It's not about status or "the p4p No.1 title" or ATG lists, like these clowns are carrying on about day after day...it's about making the best possible fights...and this is it!:deal
