He'll most likely have the following fights take place:

    Floyd Mayweather
    Ricky Hatton
    Juan Manuel Marquez

    Not neccesarily in that order.

First, I want to clarify I'm not a pac nuthugger. I'm a fan and I'm a realist. I'd put it at around 10% that he beats all those guys if he gets the opportunity (and if he keeps winning he will get the opportunity.

SO...If he beats all these guys and then retires do you put him top 5 ATG?

only if after defeating those 4 he moved up and beat Wlad...then he's a lock.

seriously though, beating ODLH, Hatton and Marquez again would be quite a feat. Mayweather is really reaching though.

It's an absolute reach. But it's a legitimate possibility because if Pac keeps winning, those fights will almost certainly happen. Again, I put it at around 10% but it is a possibility and a very exciting one for pacman and all his fans.

He has a CHANCE to go down in history as one of the greatest.

No. Its impossible in this day and age to ever compete with fighters of the 20th century. its impossible, the sheer volume of fights and the length of the fights is so reduced. Imagine Joe Louis defending the HW title 7x or more in a year. Imagine Ray Robinson and Greb, these guys fought 200 pro fights! Imagine title fights being 15 rounds. Imagine Ali, and the greats he fought.

Yea but if you honestly look at the calibur of technique and skill as well as agility of today's boxing's best and that of the golden years...

your lookin' at some amateurs...with SRR aside...everyone else seemed good but not GREAT!...i understand these fighters have built their style or technique upon of these great's bread and butter moves but still...

Your talking about an elevated level...and seeing has how Pac is the underdog in ALL of these fights except maybe JMM...BY LARGE MARGINS mind you...

it would be one for the history books...he wouldn't touch the steps of SRR or Ali, or JCC or Foreman and SRL

but i think it certainly merits him above RJJ and places him on that no.5 spot easily...

but thats a big ****in IF
