Why are you so threatened by Loma?

Is it his sublime boxing skills?

    Or his gorgeous looks?

    Or both?

I've never seen a top P4P fighter in their prime lose to an older fighter coming down in weight like that. Pac hasn't been a lightweight in a decade and is old as dirt for a smaller fighter.

It would be a phenomenal achievement and boost his already legendary career.

So how much would it boost his legacy?

It'd be, at worst, a top 3 win on a stacked resume.

I don't have a top 50 or 100 list, but he'd easily be on the shortlist for best fighters who started after WWII, which is when we saw the environment start to modernize in terms of matchmaking, fight frequencies, etc

Yea, everything would be stacked against the older guy. Could Loma play the role of Young Pac vs DLH???? However old Pac isn't a dumb DLH, messing up his weight and needing IV fluids lol.

Stupid response. Salido won a controversial decision over a guy whom he outweighed and threw low blows throughout the fight. What's next, are we going to penalize Lara for losing to Paul Williams?

Pac beating Loma would be one of the best wins in boxing history considering the factors of age and weight.

@CST80 and @Serge made an excellent thread on facts and context.

You can hate him all you want, fact is, he’s one of, if not the, best amateur fighters ever and as a pro has achieved a lot in just 12 fights. If he’ll have another 12 like these, he’ll easily become what his nuthuggers are calling him already.
Most times I understand where you’re coming from but this is pure hate on a truly talented fighter who cant be bothered to play the same way everyone else does these days.

So it was not ok for DLH boiling down to beat a smaller guy? What about the promise to make weight by dragging a smaller guy up two weight classes, only to not even attempt to make weight? And then force a contract re-write to force the small guy to take it up the ass?

Talented but definitely overblown. I just wait for these fads to die down then watch when people realize how stupid they’ve been. Recent one was Ronda Rousey. People called me a hater back then too when I was dogging her and it’s the same nonsense being done with Lomachenko whose already fallen short and on his ass.

I don’t care about people agreeing with me. I state my opinion and that’s that. Just because a million people say a dog is cat doesn’t mean I’ll jump on board. I’ve never been the one and never will and I got the patience to see this bs through. If you were here just a few years ago you’d see all the stupid Pacquiaotards with the same avy that use to litter this place.

These lomomaniacs are just the new batch of fairweather idiots. None of this is new. Broken record.

No none if that is OK..lol Oscar was dumb for doing it so he lost, and Floyd barely got half credit for beating Marquez.. How does it all of a sudden makes Pac top 5 all time if he does it? I'm not saying it's a huge deal, but you can't knock some guys for it then propel others for it...

Seems to me you just want to knock him down for it. The feeling is that these two should fight and between the two choices logistics wise regarding weight, there are only two ways to go. Either Loma moves up or Pac moves down. Within those two choices, you're gonna knock Pac down for it either way. That's just the truth ain't it?

The reality is that its a ****ing boss move to move down that much weight to fight Loma at his weight.

Watch the haters somehow spin Pac going DOWN in weight and chasing after the consensus #1 P4P guy as a cherrypick.
