If Pacquiao fights on, he will get his Glass Jaw Shattered again. It's irrefutable.

It's not out of the realm of reality that JMM is on PEDS!

*He knocked Manny (A guy with an ATG chin) out with 1 punch.

    * He had an 8 pack.. He was more defined @ WW than when he was at FW!

    * He's been working with a known Steroid peddler..

It doesn't take a genius to connect the dots! Just sayin.. :hat

Haven't there been 3 threads like this already? lol
It's all psychological now - it's actually a good chance to show how great he is, nothing harder than coming back stronger from a defeat like that

    :patsch

His first KO in 12 years after titles in 8 divisions and he's finally been exposed for the crap boxer he is because of 1 KO, from a guy who needed 4 fights to floor him and only then it was because Pacquiao handed his chin on a plate...of course, makes complete sense lol

    Duckiao? Really??? LOL

The only way he comes back is if he goes back to cherry picking.

Pac has argueably never beaten JMM.. JMM finally stepped up and took Pac out of there, instead of getting robbed by Arum's personal judges.
It is true that Duckiao has been avoiding Mayweather and the drug test for years.. Probably for good reason.

ridiculous case of delusional fanboyism right here :nut:lol::lol::lol::rofl:patsch

Why does this type of poster choose to live in blinkered denial with proposterous claims of "that punch would have ko'd anyone" when it clearly wouldn't have :nono

leg muscles help more with your balance, not the chin. Your brain is the one after all sending signals throughout your body, the strong legs that he has help him from not suffering a knockdown during that punch where he tooked it mid air and unbalanced.

pac was hit a similar shot prior to the winning shot, similar but It sounded like it had more power. I'm not sure if thats around the end of round 5 or start of round 6, he took it well so his chin couldn't be that bad.

You and forreal sound a right pair, look at the use of emoticons, jeez lol

Half the battle in taking the punch is your body position and your brain acknowledging that it can see the punch. The KO had little to do with the power behind it, though it was a great shot. I would say the punch in the 3rd round may well have been harder...fact is if you don't see the punch, and off balance leaning forward you will get KO'd...if people want to take it as discrediting MArquez that's your prerogative, it's why I say the Round 3 KO was just a great punch that Pacquiao saw but the power took him down, the Round 6 KO was not like that :patsch

Stop acting like a little boy and discuss properly.

forreal: If you're gonna reply, reply to what I said instead of going off on a crazy tangent. You can go on about who won previous fights, fact of the matter is they were all hugely close and it's a matter of opinion and perspective. Bottom line is it's his first KO for 12 years having won titles at 8 divisions and came against a guy who couldn;t floor him in 3 previous fights - I wouldn't say he was exposed seeing as he looked the better fighter on the night, he just showed too much chin against the one opponent who is the best at countering in that situation.

Knocked out ****in cold for over 2 minutes!!! He absolutely wil never be the same. Rios will hurt him even worse. The manny Pacquiou "cash cow" is coming to an end. Soon he will be coming in as the opponent. He is already walking on his heels.

The unfortunate reality is that concussions of that magnitude do indeed leave people at a higher risk for repeat concussions. There is a sad truth in the concept of "cracking" a chin. Getting knocked out like that is not only a mental/emotional thing. It is a physical injury that never truly heals. We see this in football players, boxers and MMA fighters. KO's mess you up internally. The area around the brain is different. The injured area is always injured, and KO's will be more common because the brain never fully recovers. This is why trainers build fighters up slowly, carefully picking matched opponents that will not cause semi-permanent/permanent injury while the fighter is developing. Later in a career, if the fighter has honed his craft, he will be less susceptible to damage because he learns to take punches, roll with punches, and otherwise mitigate excessive damage. Unfortunately, in this case, Pac caught some nasty shots, and caught a counter shot he never saw coming AND hit his noodle on the way down. Ask any cop security guard, in street fights, the damage is not the hits, but the smack of your head on the concrete. Well Pac ate **** with that shot, but he also hit the floor pretty hard. Pac won't be the same, and rightfully so. He needs to change his method of engagement to compliment his reduced punch output and reduced lateral movement. His style was very much dependent on his ability to move quickly and his endurance throughout the distance. This is something he obviously is starting to lose. Couple this, with the head injury, and make no mistake, Pac can say whatever the hell he wants, but he had a serious brain injury, things start looking bad.

Exactly it would have koed anyone with a glass jaw like Pac. Many guys with iron chins warriors like PBF Calzasghe or Hagler would have stood up to it. It's irrefutable.:deal
