No. The fight would be for the WBC Diamond belt in that scenario. That's the catchweight belt they invented for Pac in his last fight.
Pac would be fighting another weight drained opponent who would have taken him to school if he was able to weigh in at 147 instead. But since the fight is at 147, Clottey is a bum.
Clottey himself said he can make 147 and NOT 145 therefore that says to me there is a difference. Im not saying Cotto would have definately won but it does make you wonder how it would have been if they had come in at 147.
