The truth is, Floyd got scared by his father and uncle's statement, like a child believing in a tale about a monster hiding under the bed. Compared to the balls of Pacquiao's last opponents, Floyd would look like a "Eunuch".

If Void had not made up new tests the fight would have been made, but Void will never fight Pac, he never intended to fight Pac in the first place. Void is a coward with feathers!
