Mosley fight also showed in detail the blood testing procedure. I am still waiting for someone to give me there opinion on how.

Urine testing after training, then blood testing after a 2 hour cool down period, with a possible cut of date if no issue are found in your blood, done randomly in a period of a couple months has such a negative effect on a boxers performance.

Please explain what part of that procedure would hurt Manny's training?

First negotiations happened around the end of 2009 and Team Pac said there was no 14 day offer and ran to fight Clottey no? :huh

If Pac were to beat Mayweathers PPV buys with Mosley (won't happen) then yes I believe Mayweather should budge his demands.

teh 10 million dollars makes no difference because Floyd doesn't pay a single penny if he makes weight. It could be 100 million dollars, he still doesn't have to pay a penny if he goes by the rules and makes weight.

Random blood testing with no cut off means that the United States Anti-Doping Agency can come in whenever they want and stick a syringe in your vein, whether you're clean or dirty..

Right, that's kinda the point...they can come and test you whenever they see fit. It's not a PBF thing, it's not a Manny thing, it's a USADA thing and they will test in the most credible way possible and they will do so while OBVIOUSLY considering the health of competitors and the best interest of the sport in general. They have no reason to compromise the integrity of the event (as they would at that point be compromising who the clear "event winner" which is unacceptable).

This response doesn't really address anything that you quoted me saying but okay...

So is it a pride issue with Pac or what? You think he's concered that they'll test him within a week of the fight? Even though it's what they do for a living and know the benefits and repercussions more than a boxer would?

Because not all people are the same. And as dumb for your eyes and as some if not most people, Manny feels weakened by drawing blood close to the fight. This was evident since the Morales fight but It's also clear that Pac never went against drug testing entirely, They went from offering 30 days, turning down 14, and after some time accepting 14 and now all the way.

Well lets look at it this way. The fight should've happened already but Floyd demanded OSDT, That seems legit, cleaning up the sport thing. That's why it became an issue, You see as of now there is still no evidence that Manny is taking any illegal substances. Don't go saying theres this substance that are blah blah based that could cycle out in hours because Floyd along with his "illegal substances experts" can't even bring that imaginary substance out and prove to the commission that they exist. If they could've proved to the commission that such things exists then the commission themselves would've implemented a more extensive type of testing and Pac would have no choice but to abide by it since they made it clear in the first place that they would do whatever the commission tells them to do.

The commission ain't stupid you know, They'll implement it as long as It's necessary.

I think its a mix of Ego/pride and Psychological. No its not a week, the doping commission mentioned(the one that tested for Mosley-Floyd) the reasons why they can't take blood close to the fight thus why the testing ended 18 days prior fight night, hence further solidifying that Floyd is ducking Manny after Pac's camp agreed to 14 days via HBO 24/7.

I think NO! Maybe Floyd really wants the fight, he is merely fickle minded as some people are! Heck, even my six-year old niece is fickle minded!

I still can't understand why you poeple keep defending this COWARD... Even your idol said that PAC agreed on the OSDT but he just doesn't have the urge to fight.. 100 million clearly explains that floyd mayweather is scared the ****ed out of the PACMAN.. damn If im mayweather and i think that I can whoop this guys ass because he is a one dimentional fighter, I'll sign the deal even for 20-40mil so that I could reclaim the throne and poeple's respect.. Get it??
