With arum saying he backs the NSAC stepping up their game, the ball is now in mayweather's court....However, arum didnt help the cause by saying at first we will only do before camp and after the fight testing, but not training camp....then changed his story and said we will do all the blood testing during the camp if the NFL, NBA, MLB drug testing does it....Not the USADA.....I just don't like the inconsistency of stories from bob arum....

If Mayweather doesn't agree with NSAC blood testing...then mayweather should be responsible at the end of the day...

I think all sides have ****ed this up big time....everybody from top to bottom deserves some blame for letting this get out of control...

Manny is subjected to anti-doping tests everytime he fights. He has passed all the tests, he has proved himself to be clean and PED free.

Mayweather is playing mind games, making hoops for Manny to jump through. Manny is doing the right thing, Mayweather is NOT in control, and can't make Manny do something he isn't obliged to do.

Mayweather doesn't want this fight, not really. He knows he will lose, he knows Manny is a better, braver fighter. FMJ is scared of losing, scared of failure.

Olympic style testing dictates 5-6 blood tests and 10+ urine tests prior to the event. Pac has already agreed to this apart from the day of the fight.

HOW THE **** DOES THIS MAKE HIM A CHEAT?????

Team Pacquiao wants to dictate when these tests will be done... even though they are supposed to be random... where you been?:hi:

No, the part you're leaving out is that these tests are supposed to be random. Manny doesn't want the USADA doing random blood tests leading up to the fight. That doesn't make him a cheat, but anybody who doesn't at least find his evasiveness a little bit suspect is a ****ing shameless nuthugger period.

As is anyone who feels Mayweathers demands are fair.

I don't see how tests which have caught out countless baseball/basketball cheats (as it's the same test) aren't good enough for Pac. I''l find the quote but Arnum said Pac's willing to go further than the commisions testing procedure just not as far as Olympic.

Ask yourself why is the testing procedure that was good enough for JMM, Hatton, ODLH, Barerra, Morales, Cotto etc is not good enough for Floyd?
Why should Floyd be given special treatment with demands?

Floyd has the tools to beat Pac, as I believe he will, so why the fuss?

Here's the quote from Arnum -

Arum's first reaction to the ultimatum was: "As far as I'm concerned, the fight is off." Within hours he had offered a compromise deal, one that Mayweather would be foolish to reject unless he wants to scupper a fight that could generate as much as $200m. "Manny will submit to as many random urine tests as requested," said Arum, who wants the testers used in the NFL, NBA and Major League Baseball. "Regarding the blood tests, he will subject himself to three tests, one given in January during the week the fight is formally announced, one 30 days from the fight, no later than 13 February, and the final one immediately following the fight, in Manny's locker room."

Are these terms unfair? Are fans who agree this is fair nuthuggers?

When did I ever say anything about Mayweather's demands being "fair".

Those same tests have let countless others go under the radar and you ****ing know it. Shane Mosley & Manny Ramirez come to mind real quick. Those two never pissed dirty.

Why the evasiveness from Pacquiao? I would think he would want to put all this steroid talk to rest by proving he's not a cheat. Instead, he's doing just the opposite.

Don't you think it's more of a '**** you' move to Mayweather rather than Pac hiding something?

I mean Mayweather has had his own way for so long he's finally come up against an someone who has equal influence in negotiations, someone who's not going to bend over backwards to please him.

That for me is the real issue here.

I still believe it's all hype but I'm starting to wonder......

True to some extent, unfortunately, the governing bodies arent acting on it, not even releasing their side on the situation. The accusations are so vague that it actually deserve no attention quite frankly. They dont even know what they're looking for.

The existing system works just fine. If you're going to change something in the system, might as well amend the whole constitution instead of breaking it down for every petty request.

:good Suprised I haven't seen anyone else say this yet.
It seems obvious to me that Pacquiao's refusal isn't because he's scared of the results. It's because Team Pac won't be dictated to by Floyd Mayweather.
