will anybody still care to see a Mayweather fight as this author proposes? Where would that put Pac in the p4p rankings? Where would that put Clottey?

Pacquiao is surging, but let's face it, this is still a serious challenge he's facing, and he is human. The Clottey fight could **** up the biggest fight in history. No Koolaid here. This is Arum's show. Whatever Bob wants is what we'll get.

He loses, he loses, hes lost before. He then fights another top contender. This is what Manny is and what he does, hes a born fighter.

This is gonna be a dfifferent kind of loss. He is gonna look like the dude in "The Hangover" after Mike sparked him...

He will take his lumps, no doubt. I still think his speed will be too much for Joshua. PAc doesnt have much more in him, 2 more fights after this?

If Pac were to lose the fight and look really bad, then Void just might get up the nerve to fight him.

hopefully, he'll get respect as a fighter and not a guy who was on roids from the haters.

If Pacquiao loses to Clottey, it will be like this...

Casual Fans will say, "haha Pac ****ed up, go back to your coach roach and juice your thing" :rofl

Boxing Fans will say, "It was a great fight, Pacquiao did his best but Clottey was too much for him. Respect this guys for giving us a great fight" :good

What kind of fan are you? :hat

If he loses, he should move back down to 140.... i think 147 is too big for him anyways truthfully. But if he loses then oh well, it doesnt really count against him because IMO, he shouldnt even be fighting a guy as big and strong as clottey anyways, and clottey is a solid fighter in his own right.

that being said, then no i would not really care to see him fight mayweather or mosley, but would still like for him to fight Bradley and a host of other 140lbers.

pac wont lose. clottey has a habit of coming up short in big fights. he did against cotto and with margarito, the two best fighters hes fought. the same thing is going to happen against pac.

:goodI totally agree with you on this because 140lbs is his ideal weight, and he will have some good competitions down there.

Like Kirk said - he should go to 140. I think Pac "cleans" (no pun intended :D) out that whole division.

Naw not really. It would **** up that huge payday for sure. Fights that would make the most sense would be Mayweather-winner of Berto/Mosley or Mayweather/Clottey.
