I am almost completely sure that Pacquiao would annihilate Paul Williams, even at JMW. Williams would absorb awful punishment, you can't just let Pacquiao beat you up for 12, the guy throws too much leather and it hurts. Martinez is a horrible styles match up for Pac, but who knows? It's Manny Pacquiao.
