    Better, and thank. :deal

And no, it's not a duck, it's just shows he went for a money fight at mw. But I guess you think Floyd ducked many guys at 154, since he went down after a win? :think

Or is it a different set of rules you have? Curious minds want to know. :think

there's really no point of pac moving up to middleweight to fight anybody there. He is too small @ jr middleweight let alone middleweight. Only fight i want to see him next is either bradley--ortiz/berto winner or the wife beater in jail:deal

He said at 154 and Manny has fought for and "won" a 154 title...so not buying your argument.

Give "me" a "break". Guys moving up in weight are "NOT" required to face the champs "in" their first fight. Some do, "but" I'm not the type to insist they do it EVERY time.

Besides, I was asking the thread starter to CLARIFY, which he voluntarily did after.

Chavez would have almost 30 pounds on PAC ring night. Not gonna happen.

If Pacquiao moves up to fight Chavez Jr,

Bob Arum's head would explode. He wouldn't know which fighter to protect.

Yep, as soon as he moves up to 154-160 it's a duck. Martinez is the best fighter in that weight range and has been calling him out. Same applies for Floyd if he ever fights Canelo.

haha, nice one. Chavez Jr would win out, he also has the WBC behind him who have plans for him to equal his daddies record of cab drivers beaten

Floyd vs. Canelo would be a JrMW (bogus) Title fight, not a MW fight.

Let Canelo fight Chavez Jr first. Winner fights Floyd.

Martinez has called them out for fights at JMW. Pac-Cotto II would also fall under this.

I personally don't think either are even ready for floyd. Canelo's barely stepped up in comp (but is looking better vs. better op at least).

I do hope they make a fight with one another. Be ****IN huge in Mexico!!! Floyd can retire just fine w/o either name on his CV.

Much like Paul Williams' claim to STILL being able to make 147, gotta see it to believe it. Martinez has said a lot of stuff that just contradicts other things he said about his weight, and what he can make. But if he could get to 154, a fight vs. Floyd makes more sense then vs. Pac.

I don't either. But if one fights and loses to Floyd, a fight with the other will be hard to make...I think a fight between Canelo and Jr is one of the most interesting fights on the horizon. What's more exciting than two unknowns. Unknowns as in who is better, not their star power.

I disagree about it being hard to make if one loses to Floyd. The promise of a big purse can overcome that. Besides, most guys in boxing have a loss. We, as fans, can't keep thinking a loss is the end of the world.
