Would he owe Mayweather $10000000.00 for each Lb over?

    Probably not. What's your point?

My point is that Mayweather was willing to put himself through the same drug screening as Pacquiao. However if you are right than Pacquiao was not willing to put the same conditions on himself that he wanted on Mayweather.

Yes, the $10M penalty is for both fighters.

Weight stipulations are commonly agreed upon on a fight to fight basis where as blood tests are unprecedented and unwarranted in this case.

People need to stop making this comparison because the argument holds no water.

contractually what makes testing stipulations any different than weight stipulations?? seriously. If it can be agree upon in contract by both sides its fair game. ohhh but its unprecedented, its outrageous, its victimizing, its....its what Olympic amateurs, who can only hope to see 1/10 of these purses, have to do every day during the games...as far as im concerned that argument holds no water

Well he has NO history of pulling stunts like what Mayweather did by coming in overweight, so I don't see the point in having the same $10 million stipulation.

Yes if Pacquiao goes over 147. The condition would go both ways.

Mayweather didn't really care about this demand. He's never came in over 147 except for his 154lb fight with Oscar. He also stays in shape in between fights. This demand does seem outrageous, but it wouldn't come into play.
