If Jaun Manuel wins convingly! No excuses! Congrats to Juan Manuel Marquez! You did the unexpected. I will give 100% credit.

Knowing some some Marquez fans and pac haters they will not give pacquio due credit. So what is your excuse?!

actually this is a lose-lose fight for pacquiao no matter what.

    1. he is not proven at welter. has recently fought at 140 but opposition is ****. this is actually true but there is no way this fight would be made at 135.

    2. marquez is already 38 years old comes the fight day and father time has caught up with him. again this is true with the age but i did not see anything in the katsidis or the ramos fight that made him slower compared to his diaz fight.

    3. he is already shot. often an abused excused when one fighter suddenly lose on the twilight of their careers.

    4. floyd stole his soul already. most probabaly the joyboys will use this one.

    5. PEDS. mostly joyboys and haters would use this.

    feel free to add more...

    You're a Bozo!

Pacquiao is fighting a 38 year old lightweight, of course there are going to be excuses.......particularly because this matchup could have been made at 140 lbs, a weight fairer to both.

........of course there are no credible excuses for a Pacquiao loss.
He's significantly younger and a PED user. How could there ****ing be excuses, though I'm certain the *******s will bring them out in droves under a Pacquiao loss scenario.:deal

.....and I'm one that was around in this forum for the Marquez-Pac rematch and was on record, "no excuses for any type of Marquez performance."

There was nothing leading to the Marquez-Pac rematch that would lead me to believe Marquez was entering the ring against Pacquiao under unfair circumstances.

Not only is Marquez nearly 4 years older now, but clearly the situation as far as weight has changed.

You're a selective idiot Puga......I agree, the fight was'nt feasible for Pacquiao at 135 lbs, but clearly it was at 140 lbs, but the PED user would have none of it.

The PED user now has the advantage of gaining those extra lbs with the aid of PED's!:deal

Just calling it like it is.

is marquez also proven at 140? does pacquiao have a belt at 140? at welter, marquez has the chance to get his 4th title at 4th weight class.

also marquez has the chance to prove himself at 140 first when he was offered the khan fight but was wise enough to chose a more limited opponent in katsidis at 135.

at 140 there's a chance that pacquiao would be drained just like at 130 when they last fought. why not both let them come at a weight comfortable to them? also jmm can weigh-in at 140 or even 135 if he wants while pac weighs at 143/144. jmm would rehydrate to 145 and pacquaio would be around 148 come fight night and that would only be a 3 pounds difference. in this case there is no draining and we would see both fighter's on their optimum condition.

    I agree it's a lose-lose situation for Pac.

If he wins convincingly, it'll be because JMM was shot and supposedly ineffective at a higher weight (despite the difference being the same it was when they fought last time). If he wins a close fight, he would have under-performed. And of course, if he loses....:scaredas:

reading comprehension? i said at 144, there would be no draining for pac and jmm could also weighing at a lower weigh where his speed won't suffer and conscious of the fact that pac would not outweigh him come fight night unlike what floyd did to him at welter.

also pac is the draw so jmm asking pac for a 140 fight would not be feasible now especially that pac is comfrotable weighing just around the 144/145 range. jmm could have made pac want him at 140 if he fought and had beaten khan instead of katsidis when it was offered to him.

yes, so pac is doing him a favor, pac is the draw, blah blah blah

being the draw is one thing, but being the draw doesn't mean getting credit for fighting and beating someone that you really shouldn't even be fighting at this point in time

but we know, pac is eating 7+ meals a day, taking in 7000+ calories, and putting himself in the hospital with stomach problems, because it's good for JMM
