No district to Parker or his fans, he should be ranked in the top 4 in the world. But he barely got by Ruiz and H. Fury. If he upsets Joshua, it means that Joshua wasn't the successor to Wlad that most hoped.

If Lucas Browne and Joseph Parker win, Eddie Hearn will be a mess full stop.

am's mean nothing.. hrgovic hasn't looked great as a pro lol. the hype he got on here before turning pro you would swear he was a monster. got rocked vs little and did not look like a future world champion to be honest . contendor sure but not a longterm champ unless gets a easy belt.

The fact that he's fought and beat 4 completely different styles, each who is hanging in or just outside the top 10 is why he's bonafide.
The fact some of us think he should have won wider is subjective.
    I'm a fan of Huey's. But I couldn't find 4 clean to him.
While I had 7 easy to Joe.
I'm a fan of Ruiz Jr. I had 4 to him.
Give him the even Rd and Joe wins by 2 rds.
Takam also fought even with Povetkin before he gassed and Sasha's combination punching took over.
Joe beat him 8/4 while taking a huge step up.
If he beats AJ, he simply has beaten every style there is except for the slick SP counter puncher (USYK v JOE P for all the marbles anyone)

You call that a mess. I call it history.

    Go Joe

If Parker wins it will be fine, It will screw up the AJ Wilder fight but things happen, AJ nearly lost to Wlad, Wilder nearly lost to Ortiz and so far Parker has had to really gruel it out with some opposition that are no where near as good as the other 2 champions. All 3 champs are beatable and all 3 are capable of brushing themselves down, learning from the loss and coming back stronger. So it would not surprise me if Wilder beat AJ, would not surprise me if Parker did, i wouldnt put my money on either of those but these are eventualities that can happen.

Alternate take: Hughie is difficult to look good against, while Ruiz Jr. could be quite good if he were fitter (and is pretty good as-is).

Joshua is, as to a greater degree is Wilder, reliant on power and raw athleticism by HW champ standards, and both carry the same air of vulnerability (having both gotten KTFO in the amateurs) while neither has a fully rounded conventional skill-set, as they haven't really needed to develop one (though Joshua is lightyears ahead of Wilder in that dept, having a far more extensive amateur background in terms of both quality and quantity).

...and then Fury is the one hit wonder that fortuitously caught Wlad on the night he left his balls in Haydn's purse backstage.

One could argue that in terms of fit, skilled heavyweights Parker is the one and has been the one for some time.

Foh. Don't get scared now lol. If Parker wins it's because he deserved it. I never thought that Joshua was ever good. Even if he beats Parker, he was never going to be boxings hvw successor. And it's "disrespect" not district.

You should get the idea of a dominant champion at the top being the norm, out of your head.

The majority of eras are not like the Wlad era where he was undisputed champion for 10 years. Or like the Lewis era which was shorter but still dominant.

They are like this era where you have a few fighters all with claims to being to the top dog, dropping losses to each other and then others winning from nowhere.

AJ, Parker and Wilder none of them have the makings of being a dominant undisputed champion.

Parker will do better than we think, don't know if he will win though.............he does have the right plan...........Andy Ruiz is a good fighter, with a good chin, real hand speed, he can fight....................

Who was hoping that Joshua was the successor to Wlad? Eddie Hearn maybe but most were hoping that Wlad would win. Anyway Fury is the real successor to Wlad since he was the one that took the titles off him.
