Don't come back and waste time fighting for european titles and poor oppo on 8 rounders. fight some decent opponents and become mandatory, win a world title and then you have a chance.

Well Khan is probably going up to 147 soon. But Paul should definitely fight someone like Peterson and try to get a shot someone like Judah.

He doesn't deserve one. McCloskey went in there with no intention of trying to take the fight to Khan or take the belt as a keen hungry challenger. He went into this fight like a **** sure precocious cutey who thought he could expose Khan.
Personally i found McCloskey cringe worthy to watch. He has a style that simply does not befit his level of talent. Hands low, cocking the left, juking and feinting, like a very poor mans Zab Judah. He doesn't have the speed the talent nor the power to pull of that style. Personally i thought he looked horrendous.
If Paul wants his career to be taken more seriously he need's bigger names on his record than fossils like Colin Lynes and Lauri.

Disappointing end to the fight with the clash of heads. But the reality is Khan was on his way to a wide UD. Paul offered nothing at all.

When the opponent is intent on only making you miss by ducking and weaving without doing **** all back, that's what happens. Kinda like Dirrell against Froch, except Paul would use his good upperbody to avoid shots, as oppose to his legs. It was reminiscent of how Paulie Malignaggi would stink joints out back in the day.

Khan did what he had to with a guy who didn't really come to fight.
