If Paul Williams Beats Winky... Is Everyone Going To Call Winky Washed Up?

Williams can get credit if he wins only if Winky performs good.Is that hard to understnad?

 

Pwill gets full credit for beating winky if Joe C gets full credit for beating b-hop and RJJ

No because the whole point is that Winky SHOULDN'T win.

He's on the wrong side of 30, severely inactive and stylistically Paul Williams should mash him. He fades after about round...4-ish and against Paul Williams (who throws punches in bunches and rededicating his game towards being more power oriented) that's a death knell. This is the sort of fight that Williams sort of HAS to win because it fits all the credentials of a tailor made highlight reel performance.

Williams should get credit if he wins but that doesn't change what Winky Wright is.

 

Yes~ Winky is old dude, and comming off a long lay off the excuses have been set before the fight was finalized,.
Me personally if Paul Beats Winky its only because he stole Margaritos wraps from the lab which explains why the test results never made it to the hearing.

 

Now that would be a great one,surely all the haters wil be silenced for s short period of time.But it generally would be a great job.

You're missing the point here. Not everyone is out to try and put down your favorite boxer in the whole widest world evar...they're just realistic as to what Winky is.

Let's not forget Winky's biggest win recently is over Ike Quartey as well. He's a faded fighter whose inactive..and stylistically is perfect for Paul Williams.

Williams SHOULD win. He'll get credit if he does. We just won't be buying tickets to see him enshrined in the HOF over it.

 

Hopkins fights at least three times a year. Shane Mosley is the same thing.

Winky hasn't seen a boxing ring in two years. Hell I wouldn't be surprised if Winky comes in overweight.

 

Winky does love those donuts

 

He will get rated on his performance but you have to take into account what has been going on in Winky's career recently. He is clearly no longer in his hey day.

Tyson didn't get full credit for Holmes, Cotto didn't get the credit that Winky, and Forrest got when they beat SSM, PW will not get full credit if he wins because he is fighting an oldman who has been inactive.
