    At the middleweight title?

    # 1 Arthur Abraham
    # 2 John Duddy
    # 3 Winky Wright
    # 4 Sergo Mora
    # 5 Felix Strum
    # 6 Giovanni Lorenzo

Abraham vs Pavlik would be explosive

He should take it easy for his first defense. Man I would pay so much to watch him knock out Mora

In an interview with Kelly, I remember him saying he wants to go after AA or Strum.

KP vs AA would be my choice. And NOT in Germany!

    Madison Square garden.

OH yes very nice viewing. Pavlik gets such great leverage on all his punches. With those long arms of his, that's pretty damn deadly. dare I call him the white Tommy Hearns? :D j/k But you get what I'm saying.. they have similar body types..

I think Pavlik should go for Abraham ,what a war that would be. Then go a big money with Duddy at the Garden on Saint Pats day then Winky next and last Giovanni Lorenzo. Then I think it would time for Kelly to move up and take on guys like Calzaghe,Kessler, Hopkins and Dawson:deal

You understand boxing & good pucnhing technique, & realize that long, thin muscles beats a Holyfield type body anyday.

Guys like him come around only every so often, just like Foster & Hearns.

Pavlik-Duddy would be an all-action war which could work well as a small PPV (since all of Duddy's fights are PPV anyway), and would be an easy defense.

Although it's a good point that if he has to take his contract rematch first, then he'd probably have to fight a mandatory by the time he's ready for his first defense.

true, but would he still be middleweight champion if he lost at super middle to the guy he won the title from?

I guess that would mean the title would go vacant. I think that rematch stipulation is a bull**** deal that just sets up excuses for JT.

Whatever, Pavlik is obviously the better man for accepting the riduclous offer. He just wants the fight, gotta admire that.

I meant who gets shot at the middleweight title after one or two fights Pavlik has with Taylor,

I get feeling Pavlik will score a brutal KO over Taylor and there will no rematch because it will be so clear cut:thumbsup who is better man:good

Yes. As dumb as it sounds, if Pavlik wins at 160, then loses at 164 to Taylor again, then Pavlik still keeps the belts, as well as the Ring title and the Lineal championship, because the second fight was above the minimum weight for the weight class.
