If Pavlik wins, would he be p4p top 10?

I know he's currently ranked between #11 and #15 by most people. If he beat's Taylor again, who was ranked #6 by the majority of people a few months ago, would he move to the #10 spot? Would another win against Taylor affect his ranking at all, or is it just expected of Pavlik?

Yes. I will give him extra credit if he has a better performance. Taylor was winning on all scorecards and had knocked Pavlik down in their first fight. If PAvlik does better than that the second time around he gets more credit from me, and a possible entry to the top10.

TBH going into the 6th it looked like it was gonna be an easy night for Taylor.

If he beats him again, yes.

I dont expect him too though, i want him too, but i think Taylor will win it.

But if you prove that you can beat the guy who was ranked #6 consistently, then you should be ranked #6 yourself (or at least close), right?

 What fight were you watching, Pavlik kept landing that right hand all night and it was all going down hill for Taylor. Even he thought he was losing.

Hes already a top p4p for me, I dont understand why Bhop is this legend and the guy that beat the guy that beat him (if that makes sense) and the way he beat Taylor leaves no doubt in my mind he would destroy Bhop, and hence be a top p4p guy himself. People dont give credit when its due, its sad really. But in the end p4p is just a meaningless list that people use to recognize some guys more than others, its bullshite. Truth is, Pavlik beats all the guys on the boxrec top ten p4p anyway.

As ya'll probably know by now I'm hardcore Team Pavlik and have been honored to see people include Pavlik at all in a top 10 list, but IMO he's just ready to peek in at the top 10. He's only 25, got a lot of getting EVEN better to do. It does help he's undefeated and if he beats Taylor in good fashion again he really does deserve to be in the top 8-10 spot and hopefully will just get even better and go higher.
