If PBF defeated Cotto in impressive fashion, who else should fight before he retires?

Nobody. If Mayweather beats Cotto he would not have to beat anybody else to prove himself in my eyes.

So how would you feel if he beat Oscar even more convincingly in the rematch, went over to England and beat Ricky at a catchweight, then finished up 2009 by beating Cotto? I think that would be a good way to end a career; erasing any doubts on his resume.

    Nobody

A win over Cotto cements his legacy. If he retired or said he wouldn't fight for another 2 years, I would have absolutely no problems with that.

If he beat Oscar badly in a rematch it would be an ok win. However, I think he beat him convincingly the first time. If he beats the brakes off him then fair enough.

Hatton was dominated and KO'd in their first fight, does nothing in my eyes.

Cotto, if he beat him, and I think he would, is a massive win best of his carrer by a long way.

I would love nothing more than to see Ricky Hatton standing over Floyd with Floyd clutching a spot in his ribcage where a brutal left smashed in and snapped a few ribs.

However, it wont happen if they fight a hundred times in my opinion. So the rematch will not and should not happen.
