If PBF drops Marquez there is no way in hell that anyone will be able to make a case that Marquez won on the cards. Why? Because Pbf is the best fighter in the world and if he has any 10-8 round against you your not winning 7 out of 12 rounds for a draw let alone winning 8 rounds for the win. Can't say that about the so called #1 pound for pound fighter in the world though. So how is Manny a better fighter then Floyd again? Oh yeah he is not.
People are funny when it comes to rating Pac because they act like Pac is unbeatable when that is not the case at all. Pac is a really good fighter but better then Floyd lets really be honest this. Floyd has been ranked a pound for pound fighter forever it seems like. When Floyd was fighting nobody and I mean nobody would say some stupid **** like Pac is better then Floyd. Hell nobody can even say for sure that Pac is better then Marquez. Three knockdowns and you get a draw and don't rematch the fight right away?
With the standards we hold Floyd to he would be killed for not rematching right away. Hell even after Pac JMM II people would be calling for Floyd to do it again because if I remember correct everyone but the judges had JMM winning lol. Pac has a rival and Floyd does not because PBF whoops everyone so one sided where as Pac lost to Morales, draw with JMM in the first fight we all know who won, and won split decision in the second fight but all the boxing writers and media had him losing but this makes him pound for pound best? Stop being blinded by the hate truth be told Pac isn't on PBF level, never has and never will.:hi:

Floyd beats Pac in a head to head matchup i feel, as of late Pac has been getting a lot of attention and rightfully so.
Floyd needs to get the ball rolling again and beating JMM convincingly is a start.

I think you might want to haul back on the eternity pound for pound ranking if you want to claim a kernel of truth for yourself.

Pac is getting attention for beating Diaz(please the guy sucks), De la Hoya(37 years old and Manny trainer even said he was shot lol), and Hatton okay win but Ricky's chin was failing him against Mallanaggi and he has no power and Lazcano almost got Ricky out until the ref gave Ricky 5 minutes for his shoe lol. Pac beats Cotto come talk to me I will give some credit for that but not these fights.

Floyd is better in terms of head to head matchups and is a more versatile boxer. But for the moment legacy wise Pacquiao fought better fighters than him even if he lost.

Since Floyd beat Hernandez for his first title people have been ranking him pound for pound and that was in like 98 lol. I am still waiting for someone to tell me they had Pac over PBF in their Pound for pound rankings before his retirement aka vacation.

    I don't think you'll get anyone.

Are you arguing that because Mayweather is planning to fight he should be p4p #1 currently? Why not just wait for him to get in the ring and do his thing before we make that decision? If he looks **** he can be lower than one, if he looks good he can be #1.

Please tell me who? PBF has beaten more fighters that went on to win titles, more undefeated fighters, at both of their best weights 130-135 Floyd is by far the better fighter its not even close. As for the all time great rankings Floyd is ahead of Pac for sure this is not even debatable. How many fighters on Pac resume were still in their primes when he beat them except Marquez who really whooped his ass?

FAIL!:smoke yah, thats mayweathers time. he is american, when your american and undefeated exposure is easy. but now its pacmans.. mayweather is undefeated becuz he ducked all the potential opponents that could knock him out! he can fight bigger fighters like mosley and cotto but who is he fighting now? marquez from 135lbs. forcing him to fight at 143-144lbs. any questions?
