Really?, I can't find a single article mentioning this, not calling you a liar or anything but this is some serious news. If Peter goes on and loses then the excuse of having an injured knee will be all over and hopes of getting a rematch is nearly impossible, Peter should know that.
If Peter destroys him quickly it won't be a good situation for him. He won't get huge credit for that, naturally. We are talking about a guy that has a chin of granite, took bombs from the likes of Lewis, and has a length and styles advantage. It would be logical to look at the inactivity if that occurred, because it would have been very unlikely to happen 4 years ago at his best. Best case scenario for Peter is he wins late, after a tough fight where Vitali looks decent if not at his best. This will get him the most credit, but of course not as much as beating a peak Vitali. Chances are if Vitali looks decent he wins anyway.
Peter has never destroyed a top 25 fighter quickly. He couldn't even destroy Maskaev who has the glass of all jaws. Imagine what Vitali would do to Maskaev...
what are you talking about?! i just watched peter maskaev and lampley wa freaking out because maskaev was sustaining full peter chops and not falling.
LOL...exactly. Peter's power is completely overrated. Maskaev was knocked out cold by Lance Whitaker, Kirk Johnson and T-Rex Sanders. That says a lot.
if vitali klitscho gets into a boxing right with samuel peter on october 11th in berlin the fight will end with samuel peters face bloodied.
This just simply wont happen. vitali would have to be completely shot, and not just that, I mean like literally just a pathetic dead man corpse completely unable to move or throw punches with any power. Even if Vitali has no legs, he can still punch with power, and he has an iron chin. He could take ton of punishment from Peter and still KO him. He would make it to the final bell. I just dont see any concievable way for Peter to win, and I mean none. Even if Vitali has no reflexes defense at all, he can still take a punch and he can still end a fight with 1 punch. Vitali throws a great uppercut, a punch that Jameel McCline used to great effect. Vitali lands that Peter is going to spinning seeing little stars. Which he very likely will Peter is simply ****ed.
Actually, I think it is very possible he dispatches Vitali out cold quickly. The earlier he tries, the better chance he has at doing it. When was the last time that Vitali was hit over the head by a clubber like Peter? How will he react (his body) to a club shot if Peter lands it. It is difficult to tell, but that is part of what makes this a very intriguing match up. If he gets any credit for doing so will not be likely in my opinion. People who are already in dislike of Peter will probably say Vitali was a shell of his former self or something to that extent.
He'a not going to come out guns blazing against Vitali. That's not his style. If he does that, rewind to the Kirk Johnson fight. He's gonna get tore up if he tries that because he's just going to miss when Vitali leans back.
You are being completely irrational. Vitali took Lennox Lewis' best punches and stayed upright, what the hell does Peter possibly have that could trouble him? A rabbit punch? Peter cant do ****. Peter is slow as **** anyways, Vitali will be able to anticipate everything he is throwing.
