The quotes of the week will return, I promise you :D

Contrary to popular belief I've never actually hated WALDO, just a certain segment of his fans. I get on fine with the rational ones I think. The irrational ones I think are ****s but they probably think I'm a **** too which is good, that's what makes the board interesting :good

If you want to hear about fighters I genuinely hate then Hamed and Slappy Joe would be top of the list.

My personal opinion for what it's worth is that if he doesn't take the fight then yes he's ducking....but I thought he was ducking the first time he pulled out but was prepared to believe the injury excuse. I've not seen all that much of Povetkin but what I have seen convinces me he has no chance in this fight anyway, not this year, not next year and not in 10 years time either. I'm not saying he's a poor fighter he just doesn't have the attributes I'd consider as being vital to beating WALDO at this time that's all.

All this bollocks about him being 'green' makes my **** boil too...the mans around 30 years old for ****s sake :patsch

It's also true to say that you can like WALDO as a person without 'loving' him as a fighter, right?

Well that's the category I fall into, I find him boring. I know Lewis was the same in certain fights but at least he would surprise you with brutality from time to time but WALDO just does things the safe way every single time he fights now. There's nothing wrong with that, I fully accept the concept that you shouldn't give a guy a chance that he doesn't have but it's to the extreme with WALDO. He does a great job of protecting that chin of his these days and he's come back from some nasty losses so the guy obviously has heart and I've never denied that....but when people start to compare him to the likes of Ali, Louis and Foreman I get pissed off

**** Wlad would KO all 3 on the same night.:hey:hey:hey

Famous line from the HAYE nuthuggers (Haye would KO both Klitschkos on the same night)

Only if you class yourself as an irrational Klit-ite CHEF.....I don't class you as irrational, I class you as 'biased because it's fiscally sensible for you to be biased'

I think if Haye KO'd WALDO and gave you the job as his chef for his first defence we'd see a major shift in loyalty, and I wouldn't blame you for that :D

I do think you can't cook for **** though, you admitted yourself that you nearly puked up the Xmas dinner you cooked for WALDO. :hi:

Prime for prime.....hand on heart I believe that the VITLAY that fought Lewis would do serious damage to Haye and stop him inside of 4 rounds. Now, I'm not sure I really think this is a 50-50 fight but that's mainly because we've seen little action from Haye at HW. There's too many intangibles to confidently pick a result in this one which is why I'll be glued to the TV if it comes off.

Some thing is going on in Povetkin's camp. Is it possible the guy is not training much and has lost interest. He has been at it for a while now some people can only take so much of the kind of life you need to live to be a champion. Why else would they bring in Atlas? I don't like this at all. He should be in great shape and ready right now. If he were having confidence problems facing Klitchko why not fight Ruiz for the WBA mando spot. That is what managers are for. The only thing that fits for me is Povetkin is loosing his focus and his team can't get it back.

thats the way to ride the fence.

I think Haye has a better shot with Vitali then with Wlad. Vitali doesnt move as well.

It will be an interesting fight:good
