Agree on Andre being the toughest but i think Kessler and Froch would've gone the distance. Both tough guys and RJJ would've respected their power too much to go for the KO.
None of them are good enough boxers to challenge him. Even the best, Kessler and Ward, would have a huge disadvantage. The only real way to challenge him, because of the huge difference in skill, would be an unorthodox style. Froch would do pretty good and would cause Jones a few problems, but obviously get beaten clearly. Abraham would be perfect for Jones. Jones KO Ward Jones KO Dirrell Jones UD Kessler Jones UD Abraham Jones UD Froch
Could either one of them land a significant enough shot to earn his respect though? I'm not sure they could. Also, I don't think Kessler has that sort of power anyway.
Jones v. Froch would look exactly Jones v. Clinton Woods, with the punishment being stopped way inside the distance.
Yup prime RJJ was a level above Ward. RJJ vs. Ward, Dirrell, Froch, and Kessler would all be competitive, but RJJ the clear winner. Calzaghe would have probably the most problems with Ward and Froch, but most likely beat them.
Glass Jaw Roy would NEVER take such a risk. He would get brutally KOed by Abraham, Kessler, and maybe Froch. None of those guys would show him any respect. At all.
At this level, unless Roy gets them hurt and finishes them, i can see him respecting their power, the same way he respected Toney, who wasn't a very big puncher himself. Not saying that Kessler or Froch are in Toney's class but Roy was always a safety first type.
Thats possible too. However, Clinton is more orthodox and was easier to read than Froch who is terrible technically but has more power and kind of unpredictable. I can see Roy not taking as many chances with Froch as he did with Clinton.
There wouldn't be any Super 6, because he would already have walked through them all and everybody would be saying how lucky he is there are no good SMW's around and how he's avoiding some eastern european we've never heard of.
