If Roy defeats Calzaghe, what would it do to his(Roy's) legacy?

    If he beats the P4P #3 at this stage of his career?? He becomes even more of a legend than he already is!

    yeah, those defeats would then be harder to defend. it would all be valid.

    Good luck to Roy. He's a decent, honest fighter unlike Bernard Hopkins.

    It would definatly add to it, but his legacy is cemented anyway. He doesn't have all that many people in front of him and this wouldn't really push him past them.

    It could do nothing but massively increase his legacy. Every man and his dog knows that Jones shot to **** so if he wins it will be nothing short of a miracle. Jones knows he can't win as well, he just knows that if he fights Calzaghe he'll have a huge payday to end his career and it won't hurt his legacy because he's already passed it. Its a win/win situation.
