Really cant predict. No one can be sure of the outcome. But of course if I had to put my money on this fight, I have to go with Mayweather. He's just as fast as Roy, he reflexes are as good if not better, better defensively & mentally, and more athletic.

roy easily. look what he did to toney when he was in his prime. floyd's defense is pretty much just like toney's. roy would have beaten up on floyd.

Yeah, no way Floyd would win. Shoulder roll defense would be useless against a fighter like Roy.

Roy can REALLY crack when he's at his correct weight, which is probably super middle lol... I think he's a little faster than Floyd, has a little more pop and is more aggressive. Gotta go with Roy p4p.

Floyd is a quality boxer, excellent skills, but Roy Jones Jr would defeat him convincingly. PBF beat Judah and Corley comprehensively, but both caught him and they simply didn't have the class to put him in serious danger. RJJ p4p is faster than PBF, faster hands, more punching power (RJJ started his career at 154 but knocked guys out for fun at 175, PBF started at 130 but did not carry his power up to 147 anywhere near as effectively), and his style would be a nightmare for PBF. RJJ's hand speed and athleticism would allow him to box rings round PBF. Floyd would have his moments, as he is too good not to, he would get through with some shots when the action got closer, but RJJ can punch to the body with venom too. I'd take RJJ on a unanimous points decision, something along the lines of 8-4 or 7-3-1.

And FYI, Roy Jones Jr never had the china chin til his body had suffered the ill-effects of putting on 20lbs in muscle then burning it back off, and obviously age was a factor too.
