Ruddock was a glass chin after Tyson dislocated his jaw in the rematch. Bowe would beat him by KO. He got wobbled easily after the 2 Tyson fights.

Ruddock was a few inches away from Lewis's chin with those left hooks he didnt throw enough of . . Briggs came out in rnd one aggressive and rocked Lewis back twice and had him wobbly legged briefly . Not exactly hard to imagine Ruddock power knocking Lewis out if he connected to a more inexperienced Lewis as well .

Ruddock goes on to fight Bowe i believe (His management would have not made money issues )and under Floyd Patterson developes better ,the Lewis loss once again had his career downward spiral and in confusion . What Lewis had that Bowe didnt as a major advantage against Ruddock was a powerful over hand right which was Ruddocks weakness . I look at the Golota fights and then look at the Ruddock vs Morrison and cant help but think its a very intrigueing fight ,not a lopsided one as most assume . And IF Ruddock improved AFTER Lewis under Patterson then does Bowe get a better version than what Tyson had fought? Its fare to say Ruddock showed how formidable he was in the Morrison fight (a fight he couldve won ) and actuary got hit harder more often than he did against Lewis .

Many what if here .... if Ruddock did clean house awhile i do think Lewis wins a rematch,he was just the bigger ,better fighter.
