Pretty sure he's just a slightly bigger version of Giovanni Segura. Just because he beat Ivan Calderon and had a lot of knockouts didn't mean he deserved to be p4p, although I think Ring put him at number 10 for that. Viloria and Estrada boxed his ears off afterwards and showed how limited his skillset was, even if he was a physical beast. Gonzalez and Calderon just got old one night and Rungvisai and Segura were the ones in the ring to capitalize on it. I don't think Rungvisai would beat Cuadras if you put them in the ring again.
