Firstly....PLEASE.....for the sake of sparing yourself incredible ridicule, get yourself fully informed as to the roadblocks put in the way of this fight.
Salido, for all the exciting fights he's brought into.....has not been the lead man in a long time, but rather a stern test for a titlist or a prospect, soas to gauge their level.
Yeah, he's and exciting fighter when he's allowed to foul, but if he's ever forced to play by the rules, undergo stringent testing, and forced to make weight or forfeit his purse, he's not gonna hang near the top for more than his next fight.

He's asking for a career payday, which seems fair enough considering his W over Loma, but the circumstances surrounding the win, and yeah, there were circumstances a plenty......dont allow him to dictate terms to the Champion.

That said, Lomachenko was immediately seeking a rematch, and rightly so, since he not only survived 7 rds of nutshots, but came through them and nearly stopped the rugged vet in the 12th.

Now, several fights later, this fight has some time to marinate and it makes more sense financially for both guys at a weight more easily made by Salido, and with a genuine title on the line. There can be a higher purse split for the fighters, but it's still gotta be in favor of Lomachenko since it's him putting ppl in the seats.

    As for Salido winning......
Highly unlikely since Loma's not shown anything resembling a soft chin, and barring a low blow not called, I cant see Salido getting a KO.
The rest of the fight will read like
    10-9 Loma
    10-9 Loma
    10-8 Loma
    10-9 Loma
    10-7 Loma
    Loma RTD 6

Absolutely! I agree, but as good as Loma has evolved since the first fight, he'd have to be a heavy favorite going into the rematch. To me, the Vargas fight probably did more bad than good for Salido. He's shot.

Where are they going to fight? Salido needs to be allowed to foul and maul to be effective. If I were Loma I'd demand the ref be someone with a rep for integrity and enforcing the rules. Loma wants a boxing match. Salida needs a no-rules fight in the parking lot.

I have never heard those rumours, Lomachenko said he wants Vargas or Salido. And the latest is that the Loma-Salido fight is as good as made, just deciding on the venue now.
The reason why Loma has said Vargas' name is because he has a title. Lomachenko has shown he will fight anyone, he's certainly not going to be afraid of fighting a guy he already believes he beat, now in a fair fight after more pro experience. Lomachenko believes he will KO Salido in one round, that is what he said. I don't think that's what will happen but the point is that he has zero fear of facing Salido again.
Your rumours are being made up by you, let's be real.

Salido is tough as hell, Mentally and physically.

He will have his moments once again.

It will be a hard fought victory but i believe Loma will get the job done.

I'll admit i am biased when it comes to Loma lol

I admire the hell out of that dude.

What, comments on a youtube video? Why would you even entertain that without a source? And you have to seriously lack a brain/common sense to believe at this point that Lomachenko is afraid to fight anyone.

March 20th is when he will fight Salido again, it will be confirmed officially in January and you will see.

By best FW to LW in history I mean the best man fighting from FW to LW.

I don't just rate on stuff like that, depends how he looks in the fights as well.

    Yes, that's very important.
I'm really excited to see what he can bring to the table now that he doesn't believe any of his opponents will make it to the end anymore.

I would argue that Salido would bring more fans to LA than Loma would so if the fight takes place in LA then it should be In favour of Salido due to Salido already having the W over Loma and bringing more fans. But I think Loma needs this fight more than Salido does and therefore should make the concessions, tbh I'm surprised Salido even wants a rematch most people would be happy they got the first W over someone of Lomas class.

I know the nature of the fight was controversial i clearly mentioned it when I was talking to CST80 but at the end of the Salido won, no matter what way you twist or turn it.

I didn't make this thread to find out who people are predicting to win because most people including myself are going with Loma. It was made as a hypothetical question as to what would be your reaction if Salido pulled off another victory.

I highly doubt Loma stops Garcia, I wouldnt be surprised if he stops the rest though. I hope Valdez moves up so we can see those guys fight again, and Loma vs Farmer would be a great fight since they spar together.
