If Shane Mosley is "old and past it" than what is Antonio Margarito?

He should be fighting Williams and/or Martinez at 154/jrMW, but true, Arum pushed for Margarito and Pac accepted. But we already saw what happened to Margarito and that was being destroyed by Shane Mosley.

Floyd and Pac need to find a way to get that fight made.

If Pac got Mosley into the ring I would applaud him. It is a the next best fight at WW other than Berto. It is a compelling common opponent. WTF is there for me, a boxing fan, to complain about?

The ONLY thing I might say is dependent on the drug testing protocol. If they don't test I would clown, but it is still a damned good fight.

Had you caught the FNFs episode following the Margarito Mosley fight you would have more than likely not posted this crap. its been reported that Margarito came in to camp at 180 with 6 weeks to make the weight... I honestly beleive thats why he didnt look the same... sure mosley did his job, but at the same time it has been reported on that show that Margarito camp in to camp at a high weight and basicly killed himself to make the weight, it showed in his legs during the fight... which is also why I think Margaritos trainer attempted to load them wraps...

The last thing any fighter should do is over look an old warrior like mosley especially when Mosley at that time had nothing to lose, it was basicly win this fight or retire....

Margarito faced a more than likely juiced up Mosely.
Before you condemn me take another look at 2 fights Margarito-Mosely & Mayweather-Mosely. Is the fighter that looked so cut with boundless energy & a jaw breaking punch against Margarito REALLY the same guy that gassed against Mayweather in the third round????
I believe Mosely was juiced for Margarito we know Mosely HAD to be clean for Mayweather.

Tony Margarito will be in their to FIGHT!!!!!!!!! I hope for his own sake Paquaio prepares properly. Personally , with no disrespect to Manny Paquaio, I would love to see Tony come away with a great victory.

Urine tests do detect PEDs....that's how Vargas and others were caught. It's just the way it is done is a bit of a joke according to Victor Conte.

Of course, guys like Conte were also involved with giving athletes undetectable PEDs. that's a problem. I'm not sure even the best testing right now will pick up everything...but it's better than nothing.

The problem is that you can juice, then come off it and test clean if you have your detection timing down. That's why you need Year Round, Random, Testing, with both blood and urine...and all the way through without "cut-offs." But I'll leave all that up to the experts, like Conte, since I'm not one. Just going off what I heard from him.
