Knox-boxer is absolutely right. Its REALLY hard to be cut like that when not on roids but its NOT impossible. After seeing his training regime I'm gona agree with the fact that he doesn't use roids.
I gota say though he's gota do something more than just wrestle the guy. He needs to get his BJJ up and he'll be awesome.

He's passed several **** tests, so he is at least keeping this hypothetical steroid abuse to a minimum, if he is doing it at all.

And how can you say he needs to work on his BJJ, he passed Franca's guard almost every single time, usually in less than a minute

Boxingcar anyone with ANY decent knowledge of steroids knows when to cycle on and off so they dont get caught. You can clean your body out of all traces of steroid hormones in under 3 days.If the NSAC random test then we can presume Sean is not on steroids. But if they dont there is a likelyhood that he may be on gear as guys that are only 5ft 6 should not be 170lbs.He came down from 170 to make 55 and still looks like a beast. His certainly blessed theres no questioning this but its impossible to say definitivly that his on gear.

Well passing is not BJJ. Its more control/wrestling and Sherk is the best at that. I'm just saying his last night's fight was kinda boring when he could've finished it imo. He didn't take any risks in trying submissions because he's probably not confident in them? The only submission he tried was keylock. What a terrible try that was too, there's no way he was gona finish it that high.

Franca is not a pushover by any means but imo Sherk should've been able to do more in 5rnds.

You need to have natural body type + LOT'S of hard work for many years. I'd say its really hard.

being 5'6 and as muscular as Sherk isn't really condusive to boxing, you'd be alot more likely to see Sherk's body type in a wrestling room.

I doubt he is on steroids, the kind of dedication he exhibits is what true athletes do to reach their echelons of greatness, when you have been training for 26 years you tend to get pretty ****ing ripped.

Thats the nail on the head, I highly doubt anybody in this room can compare to that. I think people see someone who looks like Sherk and says "fuk, I don't look like that, he must be juicin'"

we are talking about being 'cut' as in a low bodyfat percentage, which like scurla said isn't very hard.

Which is exactly what we're talking about. Having 7% body fat takes running everyday on consistant basis. Its not that hard. But too look like Sherk will is REALLY hard. As i've said, it'll take YEARS of hard work. That is really hard.

and you gotta have the genetics to do it, many guys can bulk up and look like htey will be straight jacked and ripped at 14%, then they get down to 6 or 7% and alot of the muscle dissappeared.

Im not saying Sherk is juicing, im just saying if he randomly popped on a test or somehow was ousted buying juice or some ****, it wouldnt surprise me.
