I doubt he would accept calling like that. All starts with promotions starting making business with each other in boxing. This applies for any boxer he fought or wanted to fight. If they dont respond or refuse, he says "I hope fight can be made or I am ready, common guys", but not calling them on twitter like crazy, because he respects other boxers and it is not serious for him to do such things. Therefore, dont try to call him through social media. His promoter, who is on twitter and saw Lara calling his boxer, asked Gena about Lara, and Gena send Lara message through Tom: Are you serious? If this is not just hype talking and Lara's managers is ready to fight Gena on HBO 26 April, they could have started business already. But if I were Gennady, I wouldn't take this fight anyway, and his promoter understands that. Why? Because Gennady needs title unification in MW right know or stay busy fights. But, he asked Lara - are you serious? If he really is, fight can be made, he needs just start making business with HBO. I agree MW unification is the top priority, but why a stay busy fight with Andy Lee over the #2 JMW in Lara? The Lara fight would bring much more respect being that Lara has so much momentum right now. Additionally his style is seen as threat to Golovkin.
