Floyd is the only boxer who Manny could face at the moment 147 and down that presents any real challenge....and that goes the same for Floyd.....PAC is the only one from 147 down who poses any real test for him aside from Paul Williams who may or may not be a WW. He says he is.

Tim ain't got it......he's not a big enough man with enough talent and natural gifts that would pose any sort of problem for the athletes and fighters that Floyd and manny are. If you are gonna beat a Floyd or a Manny it would help if you are bigger, stronger and longer than them if you can't get on their level with talent, ability or skills.
