Who would challenge him if he had 6 months to train for a particular fight? and with Ray able to hydrate to 160 lbs + the next day? He used to fight every couple weeks back in his prime so no doubt always carried niggling injuries, wasn't fully rested and had to go 15 rounds.

    How does

    Spence
    Thurman
    Porter
    Garcia (lol)
    Brook
    Crawford

    Do vs him?

He beats all by KO. If he is allowed to wear those old six ounce gloves, he kills Garcia and Brook in the ring.

A lot of top Welterweights are Divas. Some would definitely retire if they had to fight in six ounce gloves

He'd beat the hell out of everyone from 147 to 168. Not even a contest.

Cut the crap, he loses to all of them except for Swift, when his biggest claim to fame is his series of matches with a featherfisted doughy plodder with a 30-5-2 record, that's a pretty woeful claim to fame.:deal:

Come on, everybody gather round, all together now!

 Lomachenko would have serious problems with Sandy Saddler and Hank Armstrong.

Goddamn! You couldn't be more right, look at this beast! What would Loma ever do? Oh yeah, he'd give him a ton of lateral movement and land a tornadic maelstrom of punches from every angle imaginable and easily box slowfooted ass Armstrong's ****ing ears off his head. Please feel free to watch and make up your own minds, do any of you honestly see Armstrong giving Loma ounce of trouble?

Robinson is the best fighter I've ever watched.

There is no way anyone can watch fights of him at his best (from what little remains)and conclude that the WW guys are better.

He had an amazing mix of offence and defence, genuine one punch ko power and his combination punching was out of this world.

I've no doubt he would be the top WW today. None whatsoever.

More than trouble. Lomachenko would be the smaller man for a start. He would have someone on his chest the entire fight.

Armstrong is one of the best inside fighters the sport has ever seen and due to his relentless style two things get constantly overlooked.

    1) his ability to slip punches on the inside is incredible and some thing we rarely see today.

    2) his punching power is incredible.

Loma might to on to prove himself a better talent, he might even be a favourite to do so, but right now Armstrong is far and wide the best fighter Loma would have faced.

Watch his fight against Barney Ross, thing of beauty.

Reaches 99-0 then destroys Conor in his 100th fight and retires :)

I seriously can't see any threat for a fighter as gifted in every possible way as Robinson.

Keep in mind that when he lost to Randy Turpin he was already 135-1-2, and it was his 5th!!! fight in 30 days in Europe. As witnessed, he never trained before Turpin fight, just had that 4 bouts and rested between them.

But maybe he would have had only 50 fights. Now imagine Robinson having 20 fights in his first 3 years and then fights 2 times per year like current fighters do. So it's probably only 50 fights in 18 years.
