If a boxer has confidence he doesn't need to come up with special rules that favours them & if he has class He wants his opponent to be at their best.

Garcia didn't land one clean left hook in the fight, that is the problem with fighting a south paw.Lead right hands are the best way to beat a south paw & unfortunately for Garcia his big punch is the left hook.

Wrong again. Look i have nothing against you, but today you acknowledge that the weight wasn't a factor so everything you wrote here, is a moot point. Look you quote me, I don't never quote you.

Lol you seem to have annoyed you that you felt the need to bump this.

If you wrote what you quoted me saying I said "Personally I think Tank would KO a fully rehydrated Garcia" so me saying today weight wasn't a factor is no different to what I said before. Weight wasn't an issue because as I said Garcia didn't out grow 135 that long ago and looked fine at the weight in.

But that doesn't mean Tank will get full credit, if he wanted full credit he should have fought Garcia at 140lbs or at least 135lbs without the rehydration clause. Yes it made no different to the outcome but it's about optics, if you stack the deck in your favour you give people excuses to discredit the win. I'm not one of those people as i said before it won't make a difference but as we've seen in other threads people have questioned the win due to him imposing these conditions on Garcia. You might not like the reality of that but that doesn't alter the fact that some people will view it this way.

I bump points. Don't take it personal. Ill leave it at that. Full credit from others doesn't bother me, its full credit from you and everything you wrote leading up to this moment is what matters to me. You already acknowledged the weight and rehydration clause didn't matter, so give full credit as a fan or dont.

Not taking it personal, I know you're not one of those demented posters who stalk people when they read something they don't like, it's just that's happened to me a few times from other posters and I guess I am a bit sensitive lol.

I get why you did it, I'm poor an communicating my thoughts hence why my posts are so long and I figure a lot of people find some of what I write contradictory.

I said it wouldn't make a difference in terms by the result and I stand by that. I also still think he won't get and doesn't deserve full credit, which I guess you thing is contradictory. If it doesn't make a difference give him full credit right?

But I don't deal in hypotheticals, my opinion that it made no difference is just that an opinion. I can't give him full credit for something he hypothetically could have done only what he actually did.

But yes it doesn't matter some will give him full credit, some won't. It is what it is.

Garcia without the clenelo diet is a different fighter, the swole Garcia would have had a chance tho. Garcia looks like he is back to his skinny twig figure these days.
